Jennifer Lopez is a Puerto Rican born actress. Her birth date was September 29, 1969 to a Puerto Rican family. Lopez studied dance throughout her growing up years. She made her acting debut at the age of 16 in an appearance on the show My Little Girl, 1986. The year 1991 saw Lopez get her break on television as she was cast in In Living Color as a professional dancer. The main character of Lopez was the conflicted police officer in Shades of Blue. Then, in the Second Act (2018) she took a comedic turn as an employee who is offered the coveted position of the Manhattan company after having her acquaintances add their names to their resumes. Lopez later joined a predominantly women-only cast for Hustlers (2019) which is about strippers that feign ill-will towards their rich clients. In 2022, Lopez appeared in two comedy films with marital themes. After discovering her fiance had been cheating, she wed the math teacher who was at the concert.
